Aimee is going to the IR for a central line in a couple of hours, so she will need to be sedated, so no extubation test at least til the late afternoon.
An extra current puzzlement that has several doctors scratching their heads is a high INR, her blood is taking a long time to clot. She is on many extra IV supplements, but they added vitamin k to hopefully help there.
