Aimee finally realized that she is home. She had been very very sleepy the day before and it finally clicked this afternoon.
We have spent our first day at home talking on the phone with doctors/coordinators/homecare companies, unpacking supplies, and learning how to take care of Aimee at home. We got our first TPN delivery. There have been a few hiccups and there are boxes upon boxes to sort and unpack with more on the way. It is so much and we are just trying to stay awake. The younger 4 kids will be back home tomorrow after a week at their cousins’ house and we will all finally be together again. ❤️
